1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by Soccer Savvy FC LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Business”) (including but not limited to training sessions, clinics, camps, and online bookings) (the “Services”), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Services Provided

The Business offers soccer training sessions for youth and adults, including individual, small group, and clinic-based training. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services without notice.

3. Payment & Billing

All fees for Services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are managed through our scheduling platform. Late payments or failure to complete a payment may result in cancellation of your session.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Private/Group Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance via written communication to the Business to be eligible for a full refund or to reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Camps/Clinics: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the clinic are not eligible for a full refund unless due to a documented medical emergency.

No-Show Policy: No-shows for any session, camp, or clinic are generally not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated.

By booking any service, I acknowledge and accept the above cancellation and refund policies.

5. Participant Responsibility

You are solely responsible for arriving on time, being physically prepared, and bringing any necessary equipment. Parents or guardians booking on behalf of minors acknowledge full responsibility for the child’s conduct and safety.

6. Waiver of Liability

All participants must accept our Liability Waiver before engaging in any Business activity or Service. We are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or property loss. We are also not liable for any unrelated children that participants may bring to an event.

7. Health and Safety

You acknowledge that soccer involves physical risk and agree that the participant is in good health and cleared for physical activity. If unsure, consult a physician before participation.

8. Code of Conduct

We maintain a respectful, encouraging, and focused training environment. Disrespect, bullying, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from sessions or the program without refund.

9. Media Release

By participating, you grant permission for the Business to use photos/videos of sessions for promotional purposes, without consideration due to participant, unless you opt out in writing.

10. Amendments

The Business reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
